This page explains what happens to the details you send us. It is a plain-language starting point and should be reviewed before launch.
What we collect
If you fill in a form on this site, we receive the name, phone number, area and message you type. If you call or message us on WhatsApp, we see the phone number you contact us from. We do not collect anything else.
What we do with it
We use your details only to answer your enquiry and arrange your order. We do not sell them, and we do not pass them to anyone who is not involved in getting your order to you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept only as long as they are useful for serving you. Ask us to delete your details and we will.
